Color Coating Thickness:

Top coat         : 20 micron

Bottom coat : 6 micron

Base metal:

Base metal Strength/Grade : 80 Grades, Ultimate Tensile strength is 550 MPa.

Level of surface Finish :   Final pass with new rolls.

Elongation          :     4%

Hardness         :     90 HRB.

HR coil         :   Dead soft steel, Percentage of carbon is (0 .02% - 0.04 %.)

Zink Coating:

Zink coating process          :     Galvanizing will be done in NOF system

Zink & Aluminum Percentage: Use Zink = 99%, Aluminum=0.6%, per square meter                   

Zink coating Quantity          :   Use 120 gram per square meter in both side.

Coil Width:

Abul Khair Steel Ltd. produce 4 types (different widths) of color coated coil.

1) 914 mm 

2) 1014 mm

3) 1000 mm
 4) 1220 mm

Abul Khair Steel Ltd. make profile using 914mm width color coated coil only but coil are available in 914mm, 1000mm, 1014mm from and 1220 mm

Standard         :       We follow Japanese standard.

Technique     : Hot rolled->Cold Rolled->Galvanized->PPGI

Surface Treatment: Zero spangle, Chromate treatment, Untreated unoiled
